My Unitard is a growing online dance wear retailer specialising in catsuits, leotards and unitards.

We aim to provide our customers with a service to rival other dancewear internet shops:

• We do our best to provide the lowest prices available
• We provide a 30 day "no quibble refund" policy (tights and dance belts excluded due to hygiene reasons. Merchandise has got to be of a resalable quality)
• We provide a 10% refund or credit if we have made any mistakes on your order OR fail to notify you within 24 hours if an item has gone out of stock
• We are a registered established company (registered at Companies House) and therefore provide you with the reassurance that we won't "disappear"
• We utilise SSL encryption for safe handling of your personal details AND we are registered as a Data Controller at the Information Commissioner's Office: we've legally agreed to keep your information safe and secure and not to abuse it (we hate marketing stuff as well!)
• We are VAT registered - meaning that if you are as well, you can claim back the VAT! If you are not VAT registered, sorry this probably doesn't help much

We prefer contact via email - not only does this mean everything is in writing (for us both to refer to later!), but it can easily be answered by any member of our team or be passed to another (for example, if you have an unusual question) - saves you hanging on the telephone!

If you prefer to call us, we can be reached on 033 33 44 DANCE [that's 033 3344 3262 if your telephone hasn't got letters on the keypad]. "03" numbers are a "new" range of telephone number which are "UK wide" (like 087x and 0845 numbers) - but which have the advantage that they are charged at exactly the same rate as you would be charged for calling an 01 or 02 number: with the advantage of if your telephone company provides you with "free minutes", calls to this number will be free (if they allow you to call 01/02 numbers free).

Why the funny number? Well, due to growth of our "parent company" (Bairwell), we've had to move offices a couple of times over the last few years for bigger premises - each time having a new number. The 033 33 44 3262 number should mean that we'll never have to change our telephone number again!
